Kratom exists in various forms, all of which are stimulating. It also contains grape which is a blood pressure reducer known as reserpine. This substance has a side effect on health and is the main reason for the rejection of kratom in many countries. Ranging in height from 3 to 30 metres, the kratom tree is a robust plant whose leaves are eaten fresh or dried. It all depends on the dose and the active substance you wanted to have.

How is kratom used?

Kratom can be consumed in different ways. You can chew its fresh leaves or make an infusion. With the kratom leaf, you have the possibility to make a potion. You will need to gather 3 to 5 grams of leaves and put them in a pot for a few minutes on the fire. It is important to note that the dose should not exceed 10 grams.
