in Getting Organized

For anyone who may not have seen this before, To-Do Tuesday was started by Lisa @ Crazy Adventures in Parenting for the purpose of attacking our to-do lists each week, blogging about our lists and what we’ve got going on, and sharing it with each other to help keep each other accountable.

With Thanksgiving only two days away and Christmas quickly approaching, my list is definitely exploding. I have gotten a few things done, but trying to keep track of what’s left has become an adventure, so here goes…

Christmas To-Do List:

Finish annual letter, including choosing pictures to include

Address and mail Christmas cards

Make homemade food items with L.

Make other handmade items for gifts

Mail gifts to my family

Purchase and wrap gifts for the kids (This is 5/6 done!)

Write letter from Santa regarding the rules and responsibilities of owning a Wii

Put up Christmas tree and decorations (The tree is up but no decorations yet.)

Make plans with Bob’s family regarding when, where and what to bring (When & where are set, not sure what we’re bringing yet.)

Plan rest of holiday schedule, including trip to VA, Christmas Candylane and other events (Trip to VA and everything except Christmas Candylane is on the schedule.)

Regular List:

Finish baking Thanksgiving goodies

Send out ASD HOPE meeting notes

Order medication and supplement refills

Gather and fax papers needed for next step in estate planning

Find the books J recommended on talking about autism with Michael

So there you have it. What’s at the top of your list??
