–Winston Churchill
These words are from the closing remarks of Churchill’s famous speech from 1941, made to the students of Harrow School in Great Britain. Another powerful statement he made during this address was, “You cannot tell from appearances how things will go.” I think it is so important not only to recognize that you need to stand firm in your convictions, but also to be aware that the enemy may not be as strong as you are making him out to be.
