I was tagged by Thomas at The Autism Experience to share five of my favorite things and then tag five other bloggers to do the same. In honor of his blog title and his 43rd birthday (which was Sunday), I am going to share five of my favorite experiences:
- Getting lost in a good book, especially one that is entertaining as well as thought-provoking.
- Waking up on my own in the morning feeling rested rather than by an alarm clock or an early-rising child.
- Finishing a blog post and feeling like I really said what I wanted to say, and learned something about myself in the process.
- Cleaning out my email box or making progress on my to do list.
- Sitting in my clean house admiring the peace and quiet (and sometimes I actually enjoy the cleaning process once I get myself started).
